Cancellation Policy
At MilliHobby, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Due to the nature of collectibles, limited allocations, and pre-order commitments, all orders are considered final once placed.
General Policy
• All orders are non-cancellable by default
• This applies to both ready stock and pre-order items
• Once an order is placed, inventory is reserved and committed on your behalf
Limited Cancellation Window (Pre-Orders Only)
We understand that mistakes can happen.
For pre-order items only, we allow a 12-hour cancellation window, subject to the following conditions:
• The request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
• The request must be made before the pre-order deadline closes
• Payment must not have been captured or processed
If all conditions are met, we may approve the cancellation.
After the 12-Hour Window
After the 12-hour window has passed:
• All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled
• This includes cases of delays, changes in release dates, or personal circumstances
Ready Stock Orders
For ready stock items:
• Orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed
• Our system begins processing orders quickly, and inventory is reserved immediately
Exception – Out of Stock
In rare situations where:
• A ready stock item is no longer available after your order is placed
We will:
• Notify you promptly
• Provide a full refund or alternative solution
Important Notes
• We do not accept cancellations due to:
- Change of mind
- Price changes
- Shipping costs
- Delays from manufacturers or suppliers
• All cancellation requests are reviewed based on the conditions above
• We reserve the right to decline any cancellation request that does not meet these conditions

This policy allows us to:
• Maintain fair access to limited items
• Prevent abuse and over-ordering
• Ensure accurate inventory for all customers
