SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MilliHobby. Because we specialize in collectible items and pre-order products, our shipping process differs from typical retailers. Please read carefully before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment is completed.

Pre-order items ship only after the product has been released and received at our warehouse. Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available unless separate shipping is arranged.


CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING & SHIPPING INVOICED LATER

Many products are shipped after arrival to ensure accurate shipping costs based on final package size and weight.

Customers will receive a shipping invoice before dispatch. Orders will not ship until the shipping balance is paid.

Failure to pay the shipping invoice within a reasonable timeframe will be treated as a cancellation request and processed according to our Refund Policy.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times begin after shipment, not after order placement.

Canada: approximately 2–10 business days
United States: approximately 5–12 business days
International: approximately 7–25 business days

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons may extend delivery times. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.


TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Some low-cost shipping methods may include limited tracking updates depending on destination and carrier.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will require additional shipping payment to resend.


DELIVERY & LOST PACKAGES

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

MilliHobby is not responsible for:
• stolen packages
• delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• carrier delivery errors after confirmation

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot mark packages as gifts or alter declared values.
