RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MilliHobby. Because we specialize in collectible toys and trading card products, our return policy differs from standard retail stores. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Many products sold on our store are pre-order items and are not yet in stock at the time of purchase.

Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice. Delays are common in the collectibles industry and do not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

All pre-orders are considered final sale once placed, except where required by law.

If a distributor short ships or allocates items and we cannot fulfill the full quantity ordered, we will refund only the unfulfilled portion.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests may be approved at our discretion before shipment.

Approved cancellations for standard orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

Orders involving consolidated shipping, special orders, or shipping calculated after arrival require warehouse processing and storage preparation. If the customer refuses or fails to pay the shipping invoice, the order will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation and subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the order value. This reflects processing, handling, storage, and inventory devaluation costs.

Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.


TRADING CARD PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of random distribution products:

• Booster packs, booster boxes, cases, and card sets are final sale once opened
• Pull rates, card condition, centering, and contents are not guaranteed
• We do not accept returns based on expected value or card pulls


COLLECTIBLE FIGURES & PACKAGING CONDITION

Products sold are collector items. Manufacturer packaging is part of the collectible but is not guaranteed mint condition.

The following are not considered defects:

• Minor dents or creases on packaging
• Shelf wear or scuffs
• Factory paint variations
• Manufacturer sealing differences
• Small imperfections from shipping or production

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for packaging condition.

Only major manufacturer defects (such as broken or missing parts) may qualify for replacement when available.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue and packaging.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion depending on stock availability. We may require the item to be returned before resolution.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

For orders with shipping calculated later, customers will receive a shipping invoice prior to dispatch. Orders will not ship until the shipping balance is paid.

Failure to pay the shipping invoice within a reasonable timeframe will be treated as a cancellation request and processed according to the cancellation terms above.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


RETURNS (IF APPROVED)

Approved returns must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in original packaging
• Be shipped within 7 days of approval

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, payment processing fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the payment provider to process the refund after approval.
