1. [U.S. Only] Import Duties & Tariff Updates
Due to ongoing changes in U.S. import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and tariffs depending on product category and declared value.
• Duties may vary based on product type (figures, TCG, accessories, etc.)
• Certain items may be subject to higher tariffs due to material composition or classification
• Rates may change without prior notice based on government policies
All duties are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Shipping & Duties Handling
We ship using various carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and other international couriers.
Depending on the shipping method:
• Duties may be collected upon delivery
• In some cases, duties may be prepaid at checkout (if applicable)
Please note:
• We do not control customs charges
• We are unable to guarantee whether duties will be applied
• Processing times may vary depending on customs clearance
3. Order Splitting & Declared Value
To help reduce potential customs issues:
• Orders may be split into multiple shipments
• Declared values may be adjusted based on shipping requirements
This helps:
• Improve delivery success rate
• Reduce delays during customs clearance
If your order needs to be split, our team will handle it accordingly.
4. Returns & Refused Shipments
If a shipment is:
• Refused by the customer
• Returned due to unpaid duties
The following will apply:
• Return shipping fees (both ways) will be deducted
• Any refund will be processed after deducting all related costs
We strongly recommend accepting shipments and paying any required duties to avoid unnecessary fees.
5. General Customs Policy (All Countries)
For all international orders:
• Import duties, VAT, and taxes are not included unless stated otherwise
• These charges are determined by your local customs authority
• The customer is fully responsible for any additional fees
Customs regulations vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.
Important Notes
• Customs processing times may cause delays beyond our control
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
• Product values and descriptions will be declared in accordance with shipping requirements
Our Commitment
We aim to:
• Ship your order as efficiently as possible
• Minimize delays where we can
• Keep the process clear and transparent
At the same time, customs is a government-controlled process, and certain factors are outside of our control.
