Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all products purchased using any alternative payment structure, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-order deposits

  • Installment or split payments

  • Subscription-based billing

  • Deferred or recurring payment plans

By selecting a purchase option at checkout, you enter into a binding payment agreement and authorize us to charge your payment method according to the billing schedule displayed.

1. Binding Payment Agreement

Selecting a purchase option constitutes a commitment to complete the full payment obligation.

Inventory is reserved and allocated specifically for you at the time of order confirmation. As a result, purchase option orders are not treated as standard retail transactions.

2. Cancellation Restrictions

Cancellation of purchase option orders is strictly limited.

Requests must be submitted prior to the next scheduled billing charge and are subject to approval at our sole discretion.

If approved, cancellation may result in:

  • Forfeiture of the deposit

  • A cancellation fee

  • Non-refundable payment processing fees

  • Administrative and restocking charges

Once inventory has been allocated, prepared, or secured from the distributor, cancellation may not be permitted.

3. Allocation & Pre-Order Inventory

Many purchase option items are pre-orders or limited releases secured from distributors based on confirmed reservations.

Because these items are reserved specifically for you, they cannot be freely cancelled without financial impact to the business.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If a scheduled charge fails:

  • We may retry the payment automatically

  • The order may be suspended

  • The purchase agreement may be cancelled

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of prior payments and restriction from future purchase options.

5. Shipping Invoiced Separately

If shipping is billed separately and the shipping invoice remains unpaid within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation and subject to applicable cancellation and restocking fees.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By selecting a purchase option, you acknowledge and agree to the full billing schedule.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes regarding agreed billing terms may result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Recovery actions where permitted by law

7. No Refund of Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

8. Acknowledgment

By completing checkout using a purchase option, you confirm that:

  • You understand the billing structure

  • You agree to the scheduled charges

  • You accept the cancellation limitations stated above
