Its superior off-road capability and reliability made it immensely popular worldwide, and many people expressed regret when the model was changed in 1984. In the United States in particular, its value as a classic car has been recognized for a long time. TLV-NEO has created an open-top version of the North American specification Land Cruiser 40 series.
